Our biggest space — built for the bigger celebrations.
Capacity: Up to 60 guests seated, or 100+ standing cocktail-style
Booking fee: $200 ($350 for 18th and 21st birthday functions)
Good for: Weddings, corporate functions, 21sts, work Christmas parties, big birthdays
Sports Corner
Our dedicated big-screen viewing area — built for game day.
Capacity: Up to 60 guests
Good for: Grand finals, corporate viewing parties, sports club functions

How far in advance should I book?
The Conservatory can be booked online in minutes, but honestly — book as soon as you've got a date in mind. Our spaces book out fast.
Is there a minimum spend?
No minimum spend — on The Conservatory, the Function Tent, or any of our bookings.
Can we bring our own cake or decorations?
Yes to both. Bring your own cake — no cake charge. Decorations are welcome too, just no balloons with glitter or confetti, and no party poppers.
Is The Island good for corporate functions?
Yes — from a small team drink in The Conservatory to a full work Christmas party for 100+ in the Function Tent, or a corporate viewing party at Sports Corner. Get in touch and we'll help you pick the right space.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Our menu includes gluten-free and vegetarian options. Let us know any requirements when you enquire and we'll sort it.
Is there parking?
Yes — ample on-site parking is available, with Papamoa Plaza parking right next door.
Can kids come to functions?
The Island is family-friendly during the day, with Family Days on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month.
What if we need to cancel or change the date?
No stress — your Function Tent booking fee can simply be moved to another date.
