We ship Island merch anywhere in New Zealand.

Pick your option at checkout:

• Papamoa / Mount Maunganui $5

• Rest of North Island $5

• South Island $5

• Urban Delivery $8

• Rural Delivery $12

One flat rate per order, no matter how much you grab.

Orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days. Once it's on its way, we'll email you tracking.

We only ship within NZ for now.

Returns

No change-of-mind returns. Please check sizes and details before you order, because we can't take items back if you just change your mind.

Something not right? If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll sort it with a repair, replacement or refund. That's your right under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Email us at info@theisland.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
